Information we collect
The Reader Club form prepares an email containing your name, email address and consent. These details are sent only when you press Send in your email app. When you email James, your message and email address are received through your chosen email service.
Why we use it
We use Reader Club details to manage your subscription and send book-related updates. This is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We use correspondence to respond to enquiries.
Where your information goes
Reader Club requests are sent through your own email service to dorsetdivision@gmail.com, where Dorset Division handles subscriber administration for J. M. Ecclestone. The form does not send your details to a website sign-up service or automatically add you to a mailing list. Email correspondence is handled by the email services used by the sender and recipient. We do not sell subscriber details.
How long we keep it
Reader Club details are used to manage your request and subscription. You can request removal by emailing dorsetdivision@gmail.com or replying to a Reader Club email. Enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably needed to deal with them, subject to any legal requirements.
Your rights
